Minneapolis native Andrew “Ronin” Lucas is a producer, engineer, musician, DJ, and college educator.

Andrew has recorded, produced, and mixed music for Bad Boy Entertainment, Cam’ron and the Dip Set, and Pigeon John, among many others. In 2008, the self-titled album by Doomtree, on which he engineered several songs, reached #1 on the College Music Journal’s hip-hop chart. Most recently he has engineered records for More Than Lights, and Mama Digdown’s Brass Band.

As a consultant to Daymond John, CEO of FUBU, Andrew designed and installed several production studios for FUBU in Miami, Long Island, and the top of the Empire State Building. He has also produced and recorded national radio advertisements for Ebay, DeVry University, The Sonny and Cher Show DVD collection, Paralyzed Veterans of America and others.

Andrew’s music production on songs and albums by Dessa, Aby Wolf, and Medida has been featured on numerous “Album of the Year”, “Artists of the Year”, and “Songs of the Year” lists by Star Tribune, City Pages, The Onion, and Minnesota Public Radio.
