The IPR Student Advisory Board cooked a pancake breakfast for Seniors at the Southwest Senior Center in Minneapolis.

Saturday, November 20th members of the Student Advisory Board and the Student Services Staff hosted a pancake breakfast for Seniors and the southwest Senior Center in Minneapolis.   With the food donated by IPR the students showed up at 8:30am to start preparing  breakfast for the seniors that signed up to attend this highly anticipated breakfast amongst the seniors.   While the seniors ate their fresh blueberry, banana, pecan pancakes and other breakfast favorites DJ Zack Perl was spinning songs from an earlier time, spanning well before kanye West and Katy Perry…more like Frankie, Dean, Tony!  Other members of the Student Advisory Board chatted up the seniors and sat down to enjoy a little breakfast with them.   All and all it was a great experience for the young and old alike.  Everybody Wang Chung Tonight!
