The “Where s FRANKIE the Diploma Frame?” Scholarship Photo Contest is open to full-time students who are at least 18 years of age. To enter, you must download and print a copy of FRANKIE the diploma frame, cut him out, and upload a photo taken of him (or with him) on your summer adventures and travels. A short description of the photo must accompany your submission. Family members of 2010-2011 college students may enter on a student’s behalf.
