NEW class to the Spring 2010 offering.

EB265 The Business of Video Games

Tuesday evenings 6-10 pm (most classes will take place at the Destineer’s studio- plan transportation time)

Students will be introduced to the business of the emerging video game industry by studying production processes, asset management, quality assurance initiatives and related legal issues. Students will also gain an understanding of the tools utilized by developers, the workflow of design from conception to release, and the ever evolving methods of marketing and promotions.

Prerequisite: EB165 Art, Culture and Economics of Video Games

You must be willing to sign a non-disclosure agreement with Destineer to take this class and have access to games under development.
