The Swackhamer Video Contest is open to students of all ages. To be eligible for this award, you must submit a video of no more than three minutes on the topic “Avoiding Catastrophe: Changing Our Modes of Thinking”. Your video must answer the two questions that are listed on the sponsor’s site.

The FastWeb Financial Aid Awareness Month Sweepstakes is open to registered FastWeb members who are legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, and who are at least thirteen (13) years of age. The Sylvia K. Burack Scholarship is available to full- time college students enrolled in a university or college in the U.S. or Canada. To be considered, you must submit a 600- 800 word unpublished essay on the following topic: “Select a work of fiction or poetry that has influenced the way you view the world and the way you view yourself. Discuss the work and explain how it affected you.” You must be at least 18 years old to qualify.
