How To Ride: Monday at 3pm in the Student Lounge

New IPR Students:

Monday is your first day of classes!

Just to remind you, Student Services is holding an event to help you get accustomed to using public transportation. If you plan on riding the bus or train and don’t have much experience, no worries. This event, How to Ride, will get you comfortable in a hurry.

Student Services Coordinator Tom Hilde will be meeting new students in the Student Lounge (big TV by the CLabs) at 3pm sharp. From there we will head outside to catch a bus en route to a local record store. After a bit of shopping, we will catch another bus and will be back on campus by 5pm.

Not only is this event FREE, as well as a perfect opportunity to learn the ropes of public transit, but it is also a quick tour of downtown Minneapolis for those who are new in town!

Hope to see you there!

ps. Chances are that it will be pretty cold, so dress accordingly!
