Free concert on campus next Friday night featuring: Slow Spokes

FREE Concert

Friday May 27th 7pm in Robinson Hall

The Institute of Production and Recording (IPR) Presents: Slow Spokes.  Slow Spokes are a group of smart and edgy hip hoppers who have been tearing up the Midwest club scene with their latest self-titled release.  Its membership is contrived of a brood of massively talented artists comprised of long time Twin Cities (MN) music players DJ Green+EMS, BonaPhide, Idara and Shortee. With songs rooted in hip-hop the four emcees and DJ explore pop, electro, rock and club sounds. With imagery invoking original B-Boy flavor, 80’s BMX culture and a party-centric vibe they’re set to rock the nation with class and style. This is a FREE concert brought to you by the Student Services Department and hosted by Student Services Coordinator Joe “Avey” Sadowski.  The show will also feature two opening acts artists Enve and Lifted Mindz.  This event is open to the community.  Music is from 7-9pm.  Come join us for some amazing music, amazing people, and all for FREE.
