Cooperative Training Program

Cooperative Training Program

Our Cooperative Training program is designed to develop dedicated and skilled employees through a unique combination of on-the-job training and hands-on classroom learning. This three-way partnership between the student, IPR and your organization provides students valuable real-world experience while developing the specific skills needed to keep your business competitive in today’s job market.

The creative arts industry is competitive. Whether you’re in graphic design, interactive media, digital video or the music industry, the technology is complex and your needs are specific. You want talented and dedicated employees who can keep pace in an ever-evolving industry. That is where we come in.

Getting Started

Our Workforce Development team will begin by assessing your training and workforce development needs. Based on what you tell us, we will find training that aligns with those needs. Your employees who participate in the program will be trained by IPR while putting those skills to use for your business. The employee/student will demonstrate what they have learned through work summaries and academic assignments in order to earn credentials in their field of study.

Win-Win

This cooperative education model provides multiple benefits. You will have employees who are more committed, productive and confident in the skills your business needs. The program provides you with a pool of talented and qualified candidates for key positions who are prepared to hit the ground running, and students are able to earn an income while receiving a valuable hands-on education which prepares them for real-world positions.

IPR’s Cooperative Training program is focused on getting individuals into the workforce sooner and closing the divide between employer expectations and the educated labor supply.
