AES Blurb

The Audio Engineering Society at IPR is a small chapter of the professional international organization devoted solely to audio technology. The AES hosts many different meetings, exhibitions and conventions, as well as provide publications including convention papers, conference proceedings, tutorials and an online journal. In the IPR section, we focus on students becoming more active in the audio industry and discovering new developments as they are presented. We take field trips to nearby studios, venues and museums, and we constantly share ideas and projects that are currently in progress. By partaking in this pursuit to gain knowledge, it also provides a huge networking system that is open to not just this school, but to the community, city and state.

This organization is open to anyone interested in becoming serious about a professional level in the audio industry. Meetings at IPR are held on Mondays at 3:00pm, in the lounge area near LH1. Please stop by and check it out. If you have any questions, let us know.
