A big shout out to all students, staff, and faculty that were able to make it to the New Student Mixer on October 23rd, 2012! The Mixer was a HUGE success, well over 100 people came through between 4PM-7PM. The evening was filled with prize giveaways, an all-you-could-eat taco bar, and a live performance by Junebug. Student Services hosted the event across 3rd street on the second floor lounge of Jackson’s Hole. Complete with pool tables, dart boards, big TVs, and comfy couches, it looks like a great place for students to hang out in-between classes. If you haven’t been over there yet, check it out! Jessica Berg was our fabulous MC who rocked the microphone and kept the party hopping. Special thanks goes out to Joe Sadowski and JP for gathering and providing all of our extraordinary prizes! We also wanted to extend a special thank you to the band Junebug who graciously donated their time to put on a free private show for IPR students. Last but not least, thanks to Jay Flemming, Ryan Bonfiglio and the live sound crew who had the place bumpin’! If you were unable to attend, there will be more events coming up soon!
