The FastWeb Financial Aid Awareness Month Sweepstakes is open to registered FastWeb members who are legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, and who are at least thirteen (13) years of age. Residents of Maine who are under eighteen (18) years of age are not eligible to participate in this promotion. Sweepstakes begins on or about Monday 1/25/2010 at 8:00 AM (EDT) and ends on or about Sunday 2/21/2010 at 11:59:59 PM (EDT). Limit one entry per day during the Promotion Period. The Sylvia K. Burack Scholarship is available to full- time college students enrolled in a university or college in the U.S. or Canada.
