Don’t forget to turn your clocks back an hour before you go to sleep on Saturday night. You will gain an hour of sleep on Sunday morning because it is Daylight Savings time this weekend. Technically the time change occurs at 2am on Sunday morning so if you are still up at 2am, which I’m sure many of you will be, you can set your clocks back then.
