MINNEAPOLIS (June 8, 2015) – IPR, a college of creative arts, will welcome Professor Griff of Grammy-nominated hip-hop group Public Enemy to its campus on Thursday, June 11 from noon to 1 p.m. for a private event with the school’s students, alumni and faculty. Professor Griff will answer questions about his career as a rapper, spoken word artist and lecturer. IPR often hosts similar events to introduce students to successful professionals who have forged their own paths and adapted to the ever-changing media landscape. In addition to chatting about their careers, philosophies and art, guests also give advice to budding artists, business professionals, producers and engineers.
