From June 8th – 10th IPR hosted a Live Sound Seminar featuring world class engineers. Presented by Meyer Sound, the exciting and informative event was a part of their ongoing worldwide series of professional training seminars.
Pictured is legendary live sound veteran Buford Jones, who has mixed live shows for acts such as Pink Floyd, ZZ-Top, Eric Clapton, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Stevie Wonder, Three Dog Night, Prince, Jackson Browne, David Bowie, Faith Hill, The Kinks, George Harrison, Pat Benatar, Linda Ronstadt, James Taylor, Iggy Pop, and Randy Meisner of The Eagles. Steve Bush, who has engineered for artists including Norah Jones, Three Dog Night, Keiko Matsui and others, also lectured on “Fundamentals of System Design, Implementation, and Optimization”.

This proved to be a great networking event for IPR as well as providing our students and graduates with the amazing opportunity to get insight and hands on training from top industry professionals.
