IPR Named Among Best Audio Engineering Schools in Nation

IPR-College of Creative Arts has received a shout out for being one of the best schools for audio engineering in the U.S. Audio Assemble, a website created to help give musicians and producers an edge in their career, listed IPR as one of the top 25 best audio engineering colleges.

The website noted that sound studio and recording lab access, student-run audio engineeringprograms, and equipment are some important things you should consider when looking at colleges.

IPR features labs and studios that are available 24/7 to students and to graduates one year after they finish their degree.* The studios and labs are fully-equipt with industry-standard equipment and software; the same used in the professional world today.

IPR’s student-run multimedia agency, Sudden Media, which specializes in video, audio and sound design for outside clients, allows students to build their resumes while earning a degree.

“It is important to go to a school that specializes in audio engineering. Other schools will not have the latest technology, and if you’re not working with the best tools, then you are not as familiar as you possibly can be with the tools that you would be working with at a prestigious studio,” according to the website.
